- This game was announced on Facebook when the leader asked the fans for a new game suggestion for Obama, and as there were a lot, they have then chosen to do Obama in the Dark 5 while the rest of the suggestions will be saved for the future games.
- The trailer was uploaded on 11th June 2020.
- Pigsaw also gave a promotion, like in the first latest trailer.
- The background music is different than usual and has a spooky sound and feel to it. It is also the same music when Geraldine first enters the Other World.
- In the trailer, it is seen that Obama is relaxing in an isolated place and is there on a vacation.
- The original title was Obama in the Dark 5, but was changed to its current name for unknown reasons (possibly copyrighted).
- In the game there was no skip for the trailer.
