Copyright idea

So after MagicManMo and Inkagames creator and director Aldo Mujica made a Q&A on YouTube (which you can still watch) and where the fans can add their question(s) so Magic could pick some of them and ask Aldo directly and we would get an answer to that. Which to be honest, was awesome because he would read the question and then the persons name even if it was difficult to say – but to hear

that from another persons mouth was very amazing. The questions overall were very interesting, especially at the beginning of when Aldo began in the first place and how he came up with his own company. And I did learn something. Mostly where they got the inspiring name of Inkagames. It comes from two words: Inka – which were the people of South America who founded a powerful state in the Andes, on the territory of present-day Peru, Chile, Bolivia, Argentina and Ecuador called the Inca Empire; and games – which in Spanish is juegos.

And as they were going through the questions, Mo did ask about what they will do after Flash will shut down this December. I know its going to be very sad when that day comes and we will have to say goodbye to it; remembering the fun times we had on it, played oh-so many games in our childhood – and it all shall be erased.

Even Inkagames won’t be adding things there in that month. So where will they add their new games? As Aldo said, they have a plan. They will add their new games on Google Play and Ios Stores – so for Androids and Ios. What about their previous games? Will we not play them any longer? Of course you will! Because the Inkagame Team are going to upload every game that they made on Google Play! And after Aldo said, they will have to move all 100+ games (114 to be exact). And that is a LOT to add on Google Play. Perhaps it will take them like 1 year. Why do you think that? Well… the games will have the same stories and dialogs, while the character colors, shapes and names are going to be changed. And why is- BECAUSE OF COPYRIGHT!

Copyright is now the game developers true nightmare, as they can get canceled or even sued by other companies and would have to pay large amount of money for Copyright. Just imagine if someone who owns a large company sues on a very small company like Inkagames – they would have to give that company the money because they done that without their permission as it is technically stealing someone elses character (even if they wanted to make something fun out of it), they could close their doors and not make any more games. Horrible!

But you are probably wondering why I am talking about Copyright – even if I did mentioned it a couple of times in my other blogs – yet today I am going to talk about, how YOU can help Inkagames with their games!

But before that we have to analyze what it means to Copyright someone.

So in a short way it means: I made a picture, it is great, I added colors, and text but it is mine and no one may own it or write it as if its theirs or else I will have my revenge.

And as I read the comments on the Q&A video, I saw people and fans making suggestions for games – when Aldo said at a point that we can make them – and a lot of us made Copyright suggestions, which were not good.

Let me make an example; if I say that I would like to have a saw game of My Little Pony – that is Copyright. Okay, then what about SpongeBob Saw Game 2? - that is Copyright. Ah, what about the Simpsons – Copyright. Batman and the Advent- Copyright. Gumball S- Copyright! What about Miracolus Ladybug?! - (inhales and says with a whisper) Copyright.

What- what else can be done?! I will tell you what you can do! You can beat the system. How you ask?

Well if you say – can you guys make My Little Horses and the names of the horses can be: Rudolph, Baskers, Horizon, Tiana and Snoozy? Or like: Can you do Miracule Bug? And her real name can be Rachel Rune and her superhero name can be Bug girl? Then it is NO WAY Copyright can get the developers, and it is a different version of that requested game.

Inkagames want to have and make original characters now and what fun way to help them is to give them some inspiring imagination like this. Or, you can also make your own original character (like they have done with Cody Jones for instance), name that character, give him some specialty (like he is a detective or an adventurer) and clothes.

Or even if you want to be on their games but do not want to be in a raffle (and then even not be the chosen one) you can make a YouTube account, play all of their games, entertain people or perhaps be a blogger and a theorist and maybe then they will see you and make a game out of you. XD (Lol, I am just kidding)

So the next time you can suggest a game with a different title, character names and even perhaps character colors! You can help Inkagames by finding something they CAN DO! Suck it Copyright!

For the last thing in my mind that I want to add is, I have to thank Aldo Mujica for not just promoting my Wiki to all fans, to MagicManMo and my theories, but mostly for trusting me enough that I can play their not-still published games. As every time it makes me feel like the game is just for me. And I really like the Trivia Game, because it brings out memories!
